New Managing Director at SUMIDA flexible connections GmbH

SUMIDA flexible connections GmbH announces that Mr. Thomas Schiefer has been appointed as sole Managing Director of the company with effect from 1 July 2023. He succeeds Mr. Jürgen Röder, who is retiring from the operational business after more than 15 years, but will continue to be available to the company as a consultant.

Mr. Röder has successfully managed the company since 2008 and contributed significantly to its success. We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks for his dedicated work and valuable contribution. We are pleased that Mr Röder will continue to serve the company in an advisory capacity, as his many years of experience and expertise will be of great benefit.

Mr. Schiefer has been with SUMIDA flexible connections GmbH since 2010 and has successfully held various positions in the development area during this time. His many years of experience in the industry and his comprehensive knowledge of the company make him the ideal candidate for the position of Managing Director. We are confident that he will make a positive contribution to the further development of the company with his expertise and management experience.

Over the past six months, Mr. Schiefer and Mr. Röder have jointly managed SUMIDA flexible connections GmbH. During this time they have worked closely together to ensure a seamless transition and to successfully continue the company. Mr. Schiefer has already proven his worth and contributed his extensive industry knowledge and in-depth understanding.
