Yellow Belt

The constant optimization of our processes is a main concern of our daily work. For this reason, this year again a team of employees completed the Six Sigma Yellow Belt training.

Our Yellow Belt experts support their working environment on an operational level and actively contribute to change management processes, as they have understood the methodology and are able to involve and implement it in our projects. As Yellow Belt graduates, our employees are familiar with a wide range of methods for developing and implementing improvement measures - they are our drivers for continuous process improvement, through which we achieve new quality standards. By implementing optimized processes and standards, we achieve improvements in product quality and productivity, which is reflected in customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
