Health day in cooperation with the KKH

Last Tuesday, SUMIDA opened its doors for an inspiring health day organised in close cooperation with the health insurance company KKH. Under the motto 'Health in Focus', our employees had the opportunity to take various tests and take part in health courses.

The variety of tests on offer was impressive: from stress tests and lung function tests to back training courses and yoga - there was something suitable for everyone to promote their own well-being. We were particularly pleased that our employees were so keen to take part in the various programmes.

In addition to the classic health tests, the focus was also on well-being from within. Our employees were able to try spicy ginger and turmeric shots, which not only provided an energy boost but also strengthened the immune system. For the small appetite in between, there were plentiful fruit and vegetable platters that were rich in vitamins and nutrients.

The Health Day was a complete success and showed that the health and well-being of our employees is our top priority. We would like to thank the KKH for the successful collaboration and are already looking forward to future health initiatives.
